Some exciting news for me. Taxi, the A&R for independent musicians has reviewed one of my songs. They listened to The Holy City and I was pretty happy with the review. I will quote some of the imporatant stuff for space sake. "I enjoyed listening to your lovely rendition of The Holy City. The song suits your voice well, the performance has excellent dynamics and your phrasing is true to the classic's style. I think your voice has a very soothing and delicate quality." I recieved a 9 out of 10 on my music and lyrics. I got a 6 on marketability(needs to be more contemporary), and a 7 on arrangement, production and engineering. Sorry Dave! The rest of what they said was recommendations for me for songwriting and marketing. Taxi is like THE top A&R for independent musicians. I'm glad they liked me.

Today I received a commemorative plaque from my engineer for my album release. It looks really nice, doesn't it? I'm looking for a nice place to put it!
